Vendor Policy for SOUK Bangladesh

Welcome to SOUK Bangladesh (https://kavoracart.com). This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for all vendors using our multivendor marketplace platform.

By registering as a vendor on SOUK Bangladesh, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Vendor Registration

  • Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • SOUK Bangladesh reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application.
  • Vendors must maintain updated contact and business information.

2. Product Listing

  • Vendors are responsible for listing accurate product information, including:
    • Product title
    • Description
    • Price
    • Images
  • Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
  • All products are subject to admin approval before being published.

3. Prohibited Products

Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling:

  • Illegal or counterfeit products
  • Restricted or banned items
  • Adult or offensive content
  • Hazardous materials
  • Any products violating Bangladesh laws

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors must process and fulfill orders promptly.
  • Vendors are responsible for packaging and delivery coordination (if applicable).
  • Delays or failure to deliver may affect vendor status.

5. Commission Structure

  • SOUK Bangladesh charges a 10% commission on each successful sale.
  • The remaining amount is credited to the vendor’s account.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

  • Vendors can request withdrawals once they reach the minimum withdrawal limit.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 1000 BDT
  • Payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) via manual processing
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–7 working days.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must comply with the platform’s Refund & Return Policy.
  • Vendors may be required to accept returns for:
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect items
  • Refunds may be adjusted from vendor earnings.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  • Maintain product quality
  • Ensure timely delivery
  • Provide customer support when required
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Account Suspension

SOUK Bangladesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Poor service or repeated complaints

10. Platform Rights

  • SOUK Bangladesh may modify or remove product listings if necessary.
  • We reserve the right to update policies at any time.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • SOUK Bangladesh will mediate disputes between customers and vendors.
  • Final decisions will be made by the platform in case of conflicts.
