Vendor Registration<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOUK Bangladesh reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendors must maintain updated contact and business information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1dfb87b2\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">2. Product Listing<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vendors are responsible for listing accurate product information, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Images<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All products are subject to admin approval before being published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-07d80e06\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">3. Prohibited Products<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illegal or counterfeit products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricted or banned items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adult or offensive content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any products violating Bangladesh laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Violation may result in account suspension or termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4530a88c\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">4. Commission Structure<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SOUK Bangladesh charges a <strong>10% commission<\/strong> on each successful sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining amount is credited to the vendor\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b7e8d857\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">6. Payments &amp; Withdrawals<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vendors can request withdrawals once they reach the minimum withdrawal limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum withdrawal amount: <strong>1000 BDT<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment methods:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank Transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile Banking (bKash\/Nagad) via manual processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdrawal requests are processed within <strong>3\u20137 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4271efe4\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">7.
